Gift aid
A Gift Aid Declaration to the Charity is a form of tax relief that we can use to reclaim the income tax on your donation, from the Inland Revenue, at no extra cost to yourself. This comes to about 25% extra on your donations, at the current rate of Income Tax, meaning that for every £10 you donate, the charity gets £12.50. You simply need to be a UK Taxpayer who will pay more in tax this tax year than the amount we reclaim.
All you have to do is tick the box and sign the form.
Please send completed forms to Maggie Findlay either by post or email: silverstar.society@ouh.nhs.uk
