Our 30 Day Challenges are really flexible and you can have fun along the way. Run or walk where and when you like, from 5km to a marathon and get rewarded with one of our stunning medals, as long as you raise £50 and complete your distance within 30 days.
This is a fantastic way to challenge yourself and raise funds for the Silver Star Maternity Fund.

This September join Oxford Hospitals Charity and abseil 100ft down the side of Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital.
Over the years thousands of people – aged 18 to 88 – have taken part in our very special abseils. This year it could be you!
